WELCOME

I

Are you questioning whether ADHD or autism might be part of your story?

Maybe you’ve self-diagnosed but want clarity, or you’re seeking an official evaluation for accommodations, work, or personal understanding. Whether you need validation, support, or next steps, I provide comprehensive, neurodiversity-affirming psychological assessments and support designed to give you real answers, without judgment. I am a neurodivergent psychologist, so I get it. You don't have to convince me of your experiences: I take you at your word. I have high empathy and I want to hear your story and help you.

My assessments have a therapeutic component. Let's process through your experiences and previous diagnoses and find answers. I want to uncover your strengths and find ways you can give yourself grace to ultimately make life easier and more suited to your brain differences. Clients find the experience validating and report finally feeling heard.

Adult ADHD and Autism Evaluations

Many adults, especially high-achievers, go years without realizing they’re neurodivergent. If you’ve struggled with burnout, masking, emotional regulation, or feeling "different" but never had an explanation, an evaluation can help. My assessments go beyond checklists to provide meaningful insights into how your brain works, empowering you with the knowledge to advocate for yourself. My evaluations start at $1200, and I provide documentation which is useful and designed for neurodivergent brains to process.

Support for Self-Diagnosed Adults

Self-diagnosis is valid, but it can leave you with lingering questions. Maybe you want to explore accommodations, navigate identity shifts, or discuss how to embrace neurodivergence in daily life. With this option, you will have the chance to review your life and unique characteristics with a psychologist who is an expert at identifying adult autism and high masking behavior, especially in women. No diagnosis is given with this option, which means limited documentation for those concerned about privacy and sharing information with insurance or databases.

Short-Term Therapy for Autistic Adults and ADHDers

So you have been diagnosed as autistic and/or having ADHD...what happens next? I offer short-term sessions to help you process self-discovery, manage masking, set boundaries, or discuss your neurodivergence with family, work, or school. These are particularly effective when you are heavy in your emotions processing a diagnosis. As I don't take insurance, we can structure it however it fits your needs, and anyone is welcome to have one hour sessions with me to explore neurodivergence, with no diagnosis required.

Child and Adolescent Assessments

For children and teens struggling in school, despite intelligence and effort, then an evaluation can uncover hidden challenges. I specialize in identifying ADHD, autism, learning disabilities, anxiety, and depression in students, particularly high-achieving girls who often go overlooked. If your child has been denied an IEP or 504 Plan, I can provide expert recommendations to support their success.
